UPARC Foundation, Inc. (the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens Foundation, Inc.) is pleased to announce the theme for the 24th Annual Festival of Trees Tampa Bay will be

 "The Twelve Days of Christmas". 

 All proceeds from the event will benefit the people served by UPARC, Inc. (the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc.). Festival of Trees Tampa Bay, our area's premiere holiday celebration, was founded in 1984 and has raised nearly $1,300,000 to date.  To visit the UPARC Foundation website and learn more about UPARC, click here.

This year, the Festival will be held November 26 - November 30, 2008, the week of Thanksgiving.  During the week long celebration, several special events are scheduled that help to increase the enjoyment of the season for friends and family.  For an overview of each special event, please          select this link.
